Inc.
offers premium or extended maintenance contract to provide
effective remote or on-site support during normal business
hours and extended 24 X 7 support for customers. Premium
maintenance contract includes 35 hrs per month on site and 5 hrs
remote support access in following services: network
modifications, hardware software installation, moves and
changes, software support and updates, data backup and system
troubleshooting, unlimited consultation and planning services. It
also include Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM, two hour critical
respond during system emergencies. Charges not covered in premium
maintenance are as follows: cost of labor not included in
agreement, travel time during emergency will be billed at 1 hour
rate ($95.00), overtime and weekend hours at 1.5 times per hourly
rate, holiday hours are at 2.5 times per hourly rate, also
additional charges may apply for hardware and special requests. Extended maintenance contract offers 24 X 7
support with 1 hr emergency respond, 60 hrs of system maintenance
on property during normal business hrs and unlimited on/off
support during emergency's, free remote applications support
and consulting services. Additional charges may apply for hardware
and special requests. If you are customer and having computer
